Just buy from Amazon or Flipkart or better still your local small electronics store. DO NOT USE THUS TERRIBLE APP AND PATHETIC COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Most worst customer service
I purchased AC last year in a reliance digital store ..I experienced very badly on my Ac ... I raised a service executives who said that your service is complete 2 -3 days ..but now 15 days are completed but the service team does not come... Again I called customer service and they said that your service was completed but neither service team came home and also showed fake status that your service was completed...now I still wait for AC service..such v fake reliance service and fake people and also bad quality products.. I experienced very very very bad reliance digital.. please don't buy products in the reliance store please go to another brand Store... This is my last experience in a reliance digital store.

Terrible customer service, and a complete waste of time and money
I had a truly disappointing experience at this store. The customer service is absolutely pathetic. They don’t seem to care about their customer at all. When I reach out for support. I was completely ignored and even when they did respond, the assistance provided was unhelpful and frustrating. It was a waste of time, trying to get this thing sorted out. The entire process was far more complicated than it should have been and it ended up costing me more than I expected. In the end. It was a complete waste of money. I will definitely not be returning and wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone.
