Think Twice Before Ordering on Swiggy
What is even more frustrating is the customer support experience. I contacted multiple representatives, but instead of a genuine solution, I kept receiving the same copy-paste responses. My money is still the biggest concern, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disrespectful.
My sincere advice to customers: If you have to order during an important event or emergency, think twice before relying on Swiggy. If possible, choose Cash on Delivery so that you are not left fighting for your money if something goes wrong.
In my experience, Swiggy’s cancellation/refund handling and customer support have been extremely disappointing.
Please read the cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing a prepaid order. I personally would avoid using Swiggy for important or urgent orders until they improve their service and refund resolution.
