Very poor customer service
I once had a bad experience when I paid, but the order did not arrive. Another time, I was told it had been delivered, but I did not receive it. I am also disappointed with the service.

Outdated with bad user experience
Most delivery partners are just fools and do not know how to follow directions, and there is no option to complaint.
There are very limited product options available.
A lot of features in the app are missing like being able to share your exact location if the delivery partner doesn't arive at your exact location.
Not being able to scroll all the down to see all wishlist items, unless you remove some items.
There is no dark mode available and I'm very sensitive to bright screens and overall uncomfortable.
