No Logout Button
Why don’t you have a logout button? Or even an account page?
Hard to reach
The apps phone number only login is a major bottleneck for overseas visitors . I ordered glasses during my India trip but they weren’t ready as promised. Now im back in the US and unable to get any response via email or WhatsApp, neither can I log in back to the app since my India phone won’t work here in the US. (So, no OTP ).

Not opening
It’s been a very good app and have used this app to order frames and lenses for the whole family but for a few weeks now it’s not opening. Have restarted the phone, uninstalled and installed but no change… really disappointed.
