Poor quality app
App quality is very poor. UI is in invisible tiny fonts. Search and overall functions are slow and error prone. Payment processing often fails. App quality could be improved substantially with little more careful work

40 minute delivery time
They claim delays are for rider safety. Also was charged for rainy conditions when it wasn’t raining. It took only one order to realize I won’t be using this app again. More expensive and fewer options than Blinkit, plus for 30 straight minutes my order said it was 8 minutes away. In the ends it took forty minutes to deliver and there’s no “sorry” attached.
