The delivery persons always ask me to check whether everything is delivered.the introduction of tip along with my bill is good. I have always tipped them.delivering fresh amul curd is your plus point.

Customer support delay response is like they have all the time on earth and robotic reply by copying then pasting the same answers.
App works like snail and even on item's unavailability shows items available due to which during emergency the delivery agent inform the item is currently unavailable. If a person has limited fund and do not receive the items ordered from BB then it's actually a worst situation as money get stuck in BB wallet and person can not even buy the items from anywhere else. Delivery time is more pathetic compared to other service provider and twice I waited for 1 hour but later it was canceled from BB and once I cancelled coz if was enough of waiting and no customer support was available to assist. Another incident of delivery time which is unbelievable that my product was delivered after waiting of 2.5 hours of delivery where in BB claims to deliver the item by 10 minutes.
Again one of the item from my order is not delivered with BB app fault as it was showing item availability but then it was informed that item is unavailable at the time of delivery by the delivery agent and updated the misleading information as item was returned at time of delivery. The pathetic situation is, my money is stuck in BB wallet dut to which I am unable to use my money to order the item from somewhere else.

BigBasket’s delivery process is completely broken. BEWARE OF DELIVERY FRAUD!
My order was falsely marked as delivered, but the delivery driver had actually stolen it. Instead of taking responsibility and investigating, BigBasket customer service told me to resolve the issue myself by calling the delivery driver.
We had proof from our building watchman that the order was never left at my doorstep. When confronted, the delivery driver eventually admitted that he had taken the order. Even after this, BigBasket still did not proactively help. They only processed a refund after the delivery driver himself confessed and asked them to refund me.
It’s shocking that a customer who did nothing wrong was expected to investigate theft, confront the delivery person, and prove their innocence before receiving a resolution.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A company should protect its customers, not force them to do its job. BigBasket seriously needs to fix its delivery verification process and customer support, because no customer should have to go through this after paying for their order.

Poor customer service and delivery service
Poor delivery service there is no response even after there delivery time is up. Chat is just random bot same reply will reach to yu soon. 3 hour slot out for delivery for past 3 hour still no response when and where is my order chat is just some folks doing time pass no solution only same reply copy past one after another. If you want on time please avoid i stoped using this app for 2 year now today again tried ordering same delay thing happening. Will not using any more. Wish I could go to consumer court for there delay. Unnecessary follow up for thing to be delivered on time

The company is a total scam. One time they changed my returned order as cancelled by themselves through backend and when I asked how did it get cancelled when I haven’t cancelled the order they couldn’t provide me with an answer. Your privacy is absolutely compromised in this app.

The Nightmare of an app I am stuck to cuz of my NeuCard
I have a Neu Card which I use for some cashbacks and that’s the only reason I am forced to use the apps like BigBasket or TataMG1 (The most horrible pharmacy alternative from all the competitors now - unnecessary overpricing with no real customer value and additional charges at checkout). Both the experiences are a nightmare for me. BigBasket is like the Tinder App - Every time I re-install and come back to it hoping for a change, it reminds me of the frustrating feeling I had; why I left it in the 1st place. I just have to stop using the Card completely I guess. Pathetic experience - I am using iPhone13 and the app is super buggy, then the pages keep crashing with error messages - I don’t know what the Tata team is paying huge bucks for to their Product or Tech team. They have people from IIMs and Top Tech schools and all of them can’t seem to fix an app and make it functional for a small ordering (or in my case coin redeeming) experience. The customer care is horrible - you can’t speak to a real person on call or even on chat these days. The varieties or offers on products are minimal / poor. I really wonder the ratings on the App Store here and who are rating these apps - must be bots. Anyway, the Neu card is a total waste of time and energy - money was anyway never that good here.

Please add otpion to place order for "someone lese" and delivery person calls the "someone else" not registered number. For example i am registered user and i am travelling abroad and i can't access my registered number however i placed order for my parents in india, this becomes trouble as ordered fails when delivery person tries to call registered number instead of the number in the delivery instructions.
