My experience with BB daily is great.
Delivery of products
The delivery is irregular in recent times. U have not given option in help to inform our grievances except to identify Ur options, some times Ut organisation is not understanding our grievances. For example to day total delivery of milk is not received, there is no option to inform, but there is one option to identify i.e., ALL/FEW Product is not delivered, when I identified it, no correct information is provided, but Ur organisation has stated that, refund is made for one product, and not informed about supply of products. Pl. set the system to inform our grievances. Arrange to deliver today products or otherwise inform to fetch the products locally as time is moving & we won’t get locally. Pl. respond quickly.

Very pathetic app and service culture by bbdaily. I took their subscription for daily milk and their delivery guy kept marking as delivered without actually delivering and when i reached to their customer helpdeak again and again for refund they declined .
