Definitely not ordering from here again
Unfortunately, the second order was a completely different experience. The walnut box arrived with the seal broken and the packaging completely open, which is honestly concerning because how do I know the product hasn’t been tampered with or replaced?
Even worse, I ordered pomegranates again. In my first order, they were large and good quality. In the second order, they were literally almost half the size, despite me paying around ₹200 for them. The difference in quality was shocking.
What bothers me most is that the first order gives you confidence in the brand, and once you trust them enough to order again, the quality and packaging suddenly drop. It genuinely feels misleading.
Very disappointed with my second experience. I would think twice before trusting First Club with another order.

Trustable
That’s why I really appreciate what FirstClub is trying to do. If they’re actually lab-testing products and making sure what they claim is genuinely what we’re getting, that kind of authentication is extremely important. We may not be able to change the entire system, but at least having an option that gives us more transparency about what we eat is a step in the right direction.
