Absolutely Worst App – What a Waste of Time!”
Worst application ever! Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service!
I ordered the same dress TWICE, and both times they accepted my order and took the payment, only to cancel it later saying “the item is not available.” Seriously, what kind of nonsense is this?
If the product is out of stock, UPDATE YOUR INVENTORY PROPERLY! Why allow customers to place an order, make the payment, and then casually cancel it later? This is extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of the customer’s time.
The fact that I faced the exact same issue twice shows how poorly this app manages its inventory and orders. Customers should not have to pay first just to be told later that the product doesn’t exist.
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I have completely lost trust in this app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS APP. I would strongly recommend people stay away from it!

Horrible Customer Service
Horrible customer service, I ordered 5 items out of which 2 of them were cancelled from their end without a valid reason also for one of them I have not received my refund in the app it says refund is successfully done but in my bank account I haven’t received it.
