Worst customer service
This app is a scam, I wish I can give them 0 star, they delay your order without informing you, they say you stuff is being crafted, but it just had a lash on it which take them to do 1.5 months, they stop responding your messages, Still waiting for tge stuff, but I don’t think I am gonna receive it, lots all hope, scamming us from our hard earned money.

FRAUD
Have placed an order since June 10th. No response yet. They’re not offering refunds and not responding to emails. Not answering the calls. Contacted support, someone name Tara keeps on apologising and repeats same thing “your request has been escalated and customer support team will contact you” they haven’t contacted since weeks.

Scammers
It says that you need to order atleast 15/18 days before the day you require it, and it’s been 1.5 month that I have still not received the order. It is just a scam. Please do not rely on aachho if it’s about some imp events
Stay away from Aachho
Save your money - they will not deliver on time and will not respond back. They charge for priority shipping but will send it through standard shipping with incomplete documentation which will delay the already delayed order.
Such a Fraud
I have placed order on 21st March for 2 dresses. Received one on 26th of April but the quality of material is law and prints are not properly done. In between I tried to contact Aachho team by calls they never responded and sent multiple emails but no reply. After receiving the order complaint about product in WhatsApp they are keep on saying tomorrow morning 9:30 you will get a call back. After multiple follow ups throughout the day at 5:30pm they are informing you will get a back tomorrow. As it is an off business hour. I am regretting buying from here. Please don’t buy anything from Achho. Ther are just fraud and they never value you money or time
