Pathetic service and portal.
It’s been 3 days I have been not received any order which is monthly subscribed. First of all they don’t have any customer service number where you can call and understand the issues or complain about the problem…we have paid yearly subscription. But MB team has no solution and don’t even bother to resolve issues or respond by call.

Scamming app, trying to loot investor money
I signed up for the MilkBasket app after a sales executive visited my home, promising enticing offers like free sugar. Unfortunately, the sugar never arrived, either due to an executive’s error or an app glitch. Despite raising the issue with their senior team, I received no resolution. This was just the start. The app regularly shows offers, yet most items—like butter or cheese—are never actually available. The only offer I could consistently use was for eggs, but even then, they’d cancel the offer last minute. They’d still deliver the rest of my order, though, making it feel like a bait-and-switch tactic to keep customer spending. To add to that, they ran an offer on ginger, claiming they’d deliver one kilogram, but I only received 200 grams—another misleading offer. Overall, these patterns feel like a tactic to lure customers and investors without delivering on promises. To top it off, their prices are higher than other platforms. In short, I suggest avoiding MilkBasket entirely and opting for Zepto, Blinkit, or Zomato for a more honest and reliable experience.

This company won’t survive long
It was good for initial few months. But now it has become daily frustration instead of convenience. Their own supply chain people are ruining it and management doesn’t have a clue. They are just burning the investor’s money as long as it lasts.
Their delivery people are scamming customers in the name of silent delivery. They are putting the ordered products at the door, taking pictures as proof and then taking back the valuable products with them. When raised issue, they come to your doorstep show you the pictures that they delivered and forcing to revoke the issue raised in the app. If you deny, they are shouting and creating scene. This has become daily morning ritual.
Most of the people on society stopped using it. Not worth. Eating up peace of life.

WORST APP EVER
This is one of the most frustrating grocery apps I’ve ever used.
MilkBasket constantly shows attractive offers and discounts, but they do not honor them at all. On one of my phones, I was clearly shown an offer of ₹ 30 off on milk for 7 days — not applied. I didn’t received 30 off on the other 6 days only day 1. Similar fake offers were shown multiple times, but none were actually given.
Delivery is another major issue. If you order vegetables or groceries today, there is no guarantee they will deliver it the next day. Orders are frequently skipped with irrelevant and unacceptable reasons. This has not happened once or twice — it has happened to me more than 10–20 times.
Customer support is extremely poor. They do not have a direct phone number. They say they will “arrange a call,” but despite requesting calls 4–5 times for different issues, only two calls ever happened, and even then, the same problems continued. Every complaint gets the same scripted response: “We will try our best” — but nothing ever improves.
False offers, unreliable delivery, no proper customer support, and repeated issues without resolution. I would not recommend this app to anyone unless they seriously improve their service and stop misleading customers.
