Useless app if you need to contact customer service
I have been trying to reach your customer service via your app and it takes me to a number that I call then it keeps going in circles. Then on your app it ad uses to raise a complaint instead and I have not been able to locate the place on ur app where I can raise a complaint. What a terrible experience

Extremely Worst
Extremely worst in order to- Order tracking, support system, delivery dates and delivery. Got scammed- after prepaid order- First I was not able to cancel my order as I was not available after 1st June- estimated delivery rate was 30 May and order not delivered on 31st May & 1st June- on 4th delivery executive contacted and since I was not available so not answered the call- on 5th June- Morning 09:28 AM- WhatsApp msg from Shadowfax Delivery- I replied that I am not available today- 09:30 AM- After two minutes It showed- Order has been delivered- Tatacliq showing It as Delivered- but nobody received even on my behalf- No call from Delivery boy on 5th of June(On 4th there was calls and I couldn’t answer)- On 5th only one WhatsApp msg- which I also replied that I AM NOT AVAILABLE TODAY- As an Advocate- Now I am left with only option and that is strictest possible legal redressal against both- Tata Cliq and Shadowfax Delivery as there was no grievance redressal on their side despite multiple attempts on my part.
Don’t trust these clowns and don’t just believe the name TATA- save your money, energy and mental peace from such fraud.

Fraud company. Horrible experience
I purchased GIVA silver jewellery but later realized the product rating was 1. I cancelled the product and placed another order but later realized the app denied to cancel the first order despite of the fact that i cancelled it within 30min of placing the order.
Finally i decided i will check both the product and keep the one which is better . Now one bangle had a faulty lock and keeps opening and falling. And another bangle was too loose for me
Hence i placed the return request of both.
First the app said someone will call me within 1 business day to reciew the return
That call didnt come till late in the evening next day
The executive who called me said she is sending me a mail on which i should share pictures of the product and certificate of authenticity and what not
I agreed
But she instead just rejected the return request.
Their ivr doesnt let the return issues customer connect to the customer care
No mail if mentioned on the website to escalate the issue too
Finally anyhow i reached the customer care and they too gave me vain responses like working on it and it will take 3 business days and all
My 8000 rs are stuck and the app doest have a face or voice to reach out
Dont ever buy from Tata cliq
I was big fan of TATA group but the app is sheer disappointment and a scam

Longer delivery times
Very Few limited promotions , delivery time is longer than other merchants.
Tata CLiQ doesn’t have any hold on their delivery partners
I ordered woodland sandals and due to size issue I need to return the product as correct size is not available to replace. I have made the return request and support team told me that it will be completed in 3 days. The delivery partner guy may be jot willing to come and pickup the product he is simply updating the status as return unsuccessful not able to reach customer, which was not true and even I tried calling his number which I got through the delivery partners message about pickup attempt got no response for my calls and simply marked it as unsuccessful. Following up with customer support over calls but I didn’t see any proper action, they simply asking me to wait for another 3days. Till you don’t pickup the product you don’t initiate the refund and you are not going to pickup the order as mentioned date. Why customer should get affected by delivery partner negligence and arrogance. What action you are taking on delivery partner when they are doing such nonsense. This is not good for the reputation of TataCLiQ. Change the delivery partner or make them understand the importance of maintaining promises on pickup and delivery dates
