Absolutely unprofessional and negligent customer service
I got a completely defective piece delivered which did not match with the image of the product that I ordered. I raised this issue with the customer service. They arranged for a return. The delhivery partner who is their logistics team picked up the item and later realised that the product image is not matching and he never returned back the item and later, I get to know that the return pick up itself is cancelled. I sent every proof to the team along with the call recording of the absolute unprofessionalism that the delivery partner showcased, he was not even ready to return the defective peice back to me and he was also not ready to take up any ounce of responsibility for the same. I raised all these concerns with the team for over a week. I have been chasing them following up and they hardly gave me any resolution. I chased them recently again, and now they are saying that will not be able to resolve this issue. As a loyal customer of Nykaa , I am absolutely disappointed, and I will never ever purchase anything from Nykaa Fashion. I lost my money and my Time in this process.

Worst customer support
I downloaded this app today and got welcome bonus of 15% which I guess everyone else receives as well. It said you can use it when you order above 700rs. I did some shopping for 2400+ and applied this coupon it gave me discount of 200rs and the amount I had to pay was 2200+ so I clicked Proceed to payment and I choose google pay and it ask me for permission to open then I paid as soon as I paid the amount I realised I paid the actual amount that's 2400+ not the one it showed me before Proceed to payment that's 2200+. I tried the chatbot which is useless. Then I tried write to us and when you write there it automatically changes your words and sentences, then finally I called them, and the guy on the call doesn't understand it for more than 10 min and he's telling me read terms and conditions I asked him you tell me what does they say but he had no idea. Then I explained to him again to which he replied can I get your order number I was like really what were you doing till now. Then he put the call on hold for few minutes and said sorry I will give 10% off on your next order I told him to F off and canceled my order. Never gonna use this app again.

Misleading Exchange Policy and Frustrating Customer Support! Exchange Option Doesn’t Work Despite
Extremely disappointed with my experience shopping on Nykaa Fashion.I ordered a pair of Nike running shoes and received them promptly. However, the shoes ran larger than my usual size, so I tried to request an exchange for a smaller size. The app showed that the required size was unavailable for exchange, even though all sizes of the same shoe were clearly available for purchase on the app. This makes the exchange feature feel misleading and unreliable.
The customer service experience was even more frustrating. I contacted customer care multiple times, and instead of receiving a solution, I kept getting the same response about a “technical issue.” Even after waiting several hours and calling again, there was no progress or meaningful assistance. The representatives seemed unable to understand the problem and were more focused on repeating scripted responses than actually helping.
When I finally decided to return the product instead, the app repeatedly showed errors and would not accept the return request. After several more calls, one customer care representative was finally able to help place the return request. However, the return is now stuck in an “under review” status, causing further delays.
The entire process from exchange to return was unnecessarily complicated and time consuming. If exchanges are not actually supported despite stock being available, then the exchange option should not be displayed. Customers expect a smooth post-purchase experience, especially when buying branded products.

worst brand 3rd time bad experience
I purchased address worth ₹6600 on NIA in this sent just the parts and took the whole amount and now they have not yet updated my return status. Also, in my previous experiences, they did not even take the return back.
Such a huge name and such low standard of customer services
They have no intention of retaining their customers and are just concerned with money
as compared to them. Even smaller brands like Amalfa have excellent customer service. No question asked policies.
