Tira the fraud app

Tira is the biggest fraud app i ordered item worth 3.5k and they delivered only the charger and the real product from the package was missing and the sent the return option but they didn’t accept anyone who is reading this please don’t order anything from tira.

Mostly Scam

I have been experiencing this ever since I started using the app. They repeatedly send wrong, missing, or even expired products, and then refuse to take them back. The entire process becomes a headache because customers are forced to constantly send emails and explain themselves just to be heard. They confidently claim that every order goes through “quality checks,” but that clearly isn’t true. If proper quality checks were actually being done, customers wouldn’t be receiving incorrect, incomplete or expired products in the first place. I faced this multiple times in the beginning, which is why I stopped using the app for a while and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now Tira has become such a huge company, and despite that, their inconsiderate treatment of customers has remained completely consistent. With so many employees and resources, the one thing they’ve managed to stay consistent at is sending wrong products and refusing to take accountability for them.

Scammers

I ordered products worth more than 4000 and I received only the freaking package with no product inside and also there was another product missing from the package and the other product was missing when i opened and later found in box and i have contacting to resolve this and they theres no solution because their team confirmed my order was packaged correctly but I didn’t freaking receive the product so basically I freaking paid for nothing so please don’t ever purchase from this app because they will scam you please go for macaron or nykaa as they have good service and we can trust them

Like brooo never seen an beauty app that delivery products that late

I have ordered from TIRA like 2 to 3 times. I am with my own account. I didn’t deliver order when I placed the order. Got shipped out for delivery came but not have called us, but the product has gone to its origin like after 3 to 4 times of trying to deliver, but they never contacted us, and I have approached them like why did they have contacted me, and you know the customer service for the worst worst and worst? Because they say the same thing again and again that they will try to make you order come to you, but they would do nothing, and if you guys do a prepaid, the money will not be returned soon. It will take time to so instead of ordering in TIRA, wasting your time, ordering my card, Myntra, and some other app. Don’t waste your time here like it’s been like five days since I have ordered. It’s a prepaid. It’s like a huge amount for me, but they didn’t even pack the product and I have am asking. Why did you guys not what is happening in all they have replied this. We trying to pack your order. We are trying to deliver your product. What is this like? I’m out of the product. Will never order from TIRA again. So disappointed love their offers and the products, but the delivery is like worst packaging delivery service is the worst. I never seen any app like this?
