No India option

There is no option to shop online from India stores. Before there used to be a separate app we could shop for Cochin branch but now that app is not there and this app doesn’t provide India option.
More outlets have come up in Kerala, Bangalore and Coimbatore but still there is no app for online shopping of Lulu products in India, when the owner himself is Indian (Keralite) himself.
To not have an app for shopping in India is frustrating. Even IKEA has their app for online orders and deliveries.

Thank you for your review. Please note that the Lulu Online Shopping app currently provides delivery services only within GCC countries. Delivery and purchases from India are not supported through the app at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

الابلكيشن تطوّر وايد عن قبل خصوصًا من ناحية البحث صار أسهل وأسرع أكثر شي عجبني التوصيل المجاني للطلبات من ٥ د.ك وفر علينا الزحمة والمشاوير غير إن عندهم عروض حصرية بالابلكيشن فصرت استخدمه على طول.

The app is very bad

Some products are displayed, but they ship a different product than what we selected, justifying it by saying that the one I chose is no longer available. I am a customer and have the right to choose my products; the seller has no right to force other products on me. You cannot report the wrong product, and we cannot get a refund. Therefore, the app is very bad and not worth downloading. I will delete it and my account permanently. I am not willing to repeat the same bad experience.
