When I used the app for the first time it did not link to the happiness account with the same phone number. Also I used the app because the website said I would get a discount, but there was no discount

Worst customer service and delivery

My order was delayed and i still haven’t received it. i have been waiting for the order but i’m waiting for the agent to connect its. it’s been over 30 minutes and i haven’t received a response. My order should been delivered within a hour but it’s still not even processed after two hours, this is worst experience i have ever had.
