Based on multiple past orders, I recommend using Lulu Online only for non-perishable items. Avoid ordering perishables like Milk & Meat. I have repeatedly received products with packaging dates 2-3 days older, despite fresher stock being available in-store. This has been a consisting and disappointing experience👎🏽

No India option
There is no option to shop online from India stores. Before there used to be a separate app we could shop for Cochin branch but now that app is not there and this app doesn’t provide India option.
More outlets have come up in Kerala, Bangalore and Coimbatore but still there is no app for online shopping of Lulu products in India, when the owner himself is Indian (Keralite) himself.
To not have an app for shopping in India is frustrating. Even IKEA has their app for online orders and deliveries.
