WHERE IS MY REFUND?
My other option was to keep almost $500 worth of dresses, and they would only refund me $60. Seriously? And to make it worse, I still haven’t received that $60. 🙄
This page is a joke. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and an unfair return policy. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I have sent countless emails and still have not received a proper solution. At this point, I feel completely ignored and taken advantage of.
Based on my experience, I do not trust this company and I believe other customers should be very careful before placing an order. I paid for a product that never arrived, and they continue refusing to take responsibility or issue a refund.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I will not be purchasing from this store again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
