WHERE IS MY REFUND?

I spent almost $500 here, and the dresses don’t fit me properly. I wanted to return them, but they told me I have to pay the return shipping fee plus other charges. What “other charges”? I don’t know—they never even sent me an itemized list or explained the fees.

My other option was to keep almost $500 worth of dresses, and they would only refund me $60. Seriously? And to make it worse, I still haven’t received that $60. 🙄

This page is a joke. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and an unfair return policy. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Was not happy with the service, will not be purchasing from here again. Wanted to send item back as item didn’t fit and measurements on dress should have fitted. Not quick at responding to emails etc

BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding. After receiving it and putting it on it just wasn’t what it looked like in picture. The color is a lot lighter than it appears online. The cups in it are terrible. One was folded in half and I managed to get it unfolded but it had a crease in it that wouldn’t so away. And they were not removable without cutting the dress to get them out. Emailed MISSACC to get address to return dress and they offered for me to keep the dress and give me $12.50even though the total price was $110. Or they would give me a 30% off discount for my next purchase. From here again if third choice was to send it back pay shipping and handling customs restocking fee, which they could charge whatever they wanted and I may end up with no dress in less than the $12.50 they offered to give me to keep the dress. I emailed them back again and still have not heard a reply. You will not get your money back do not order from this place. I will be going above and beyond. On social media and to anyone that will listen to never buy anything from this company.

Do not recommend this store.

I have been trying for more than a month to get a refund for an order worth approximately $358.54 that I never received. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the company keeps making excuses and asking for documents that I cannot obtain.

I have sent countless emails and still have not received a proper solution. At this point, I feel completely ignored and taken advantage of.

Based on my experience, I do not trust this company and I believe other customers should be very careful before placing an order. I paid for a product that never arrived, and they continue refusing to take responsibility or issue a refund.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I will not be purchasing from this store again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I don't usually leave comments or reviews, but I am making an exception this time. I placed my order and paid for delivery between June 14th and 17th, but it didn't arrive until June 20th. I needed the dress for June 15th; I trusted your store, and I was disappointed. I didn't have the dress for my event, which was so sad and frustrating since I didn't have another one. I’ve been trying to return the product for days—I don't need it anymore—and I want a refund for both the dress and the shipping costs. Paying $45 for expedited shipping was a complete waste of money. I am very upset; I never thought this would happen. I was so excited to wear the dress, but it didn't arrive on time. 😥

Cancellation of my order

I place an order and within a few hours I realize that the measurements were incorrect after going back to the size chart. I tried reaching out to have the order canceled so I could reorder by sending several emails but got a response telling me they can adjust the measurements which I declined to have done. and it’s been two days now I have not gotten a response back. The order is still being processed. I canceled before twenty four hours which I would be qualified for a full refund base on the cancellation policy. My account was also charged which was unauthorized. I am still awaiting confirmation for my canceled order.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

This is one of the worst shopping apps I’ve ever used.The products are misleading and do not match the photos at all. The quality is unacceptable. On top of that, the return process is incredibly inconvenient because there is no return button. Customers are forced to wait for an email from support just to begin the return process. It feels like the company is making returns intentionally difficult.
I regret buying from this brand and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

HORRIBLE! RUN! DO NOT BUY!

Terrible customer service. I emailed them twice within the same day I received my item to return my order and not once have the responded to my email. I’m extremely unsatisfied with my order because I bought it in May and paid for express shipping. It said it would arrive June1st-6th and it didn’t get here until the 7th, ONE DAY AFTER MY EVENT. I had to go buy another dress and spend more money because my order did not arrive. NOT ONLY THAT but the dress doesn’t even look like the color I asked for. The pictures look like AI. And the colors are misleading on the website compared to in person. I don’t even think I’ll get my refund since they don’t wanna text back so I’ll just leave this review for them. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY HERE

Think twice before spending your money with this China Company!!! If you purchase a dress from them and it does not fit they retaliate with offering you a 30% discount on a future order or give you US$20.
I spent $150 on one dress and $164 on another dress. I had to file disputes for both with my bank! I have done business with International companies and never had an issue wanting to return a product that I was not satisfied. Beware and purchase elsewhere.!!!

Mother of the bride dress

Hello I ordered a mother of the bride dress from this page after months of looking for a dress my daughter found this website and loved this dress I looked at it and liked it but when I got the dress was in the bag outside outer didn’t think much about it was like maybe they sent it like that so the outside wasn’t so wrinkled but then the clip to fashion when zipping up was broken and I am a curvy girl so I ordered the size because bigger than I normally wear be be safe if it had been too big I could take it to a Taylor to get it taken in it want zip I ordered a 16w but got a 16 with a broken hook and I have been sending emails to see how to fix this now for 3 days her wedding is in just one month I like the dress and how it feels but not one person has emailed me back or got in touch with me over this matter I should have read more about them but looked like what I saw was a good deal and good brand but This is crazy I am out 148.00 on a dress and now have to scramble last minute find another dress because even if I was to order one like I got, I don’t believe I would get it here on time I am very disappointed in this company and was telling everybody how amazing it was when I fist ordered I will be revoking that opinion now to how there customer service sucks you don’t even have a phone number whenever you do email what you’re supposed to email nobody returns your e-mail so look at other places before you order from this place

This has been the worst shopping app I should have looked at the ratings before ordering. I am trying to get my money back but I orders three dresses and a heel and it had shipping of 64 dollars I still ordered cause my graduation was coming up it’s been a month now and they still havnt even shipped my order I have been emailing them no reply’s I am really mad as I still don’t have a dress and my graduation is in 7 days. Going to sue if I don’t get my full amount of money.
