This app has literally been the life blood of my business! As a health and fitness professional, I’ve been able to use it to facilitate programs for my clients across continents! As well as in my gym. I really love the amount of detail that goes into recording client progress and it’s helped me so much to facilitate the admin of my business. I didn’t realise how much I’d come rely on this app helping to keep things smooth - the way I can custom make a clients program & maintain being their primary consultant, but it’s been an amazing asset in the gym. If you’re a Fitness professional, this app is definitely worth looking at!!

DO NOT PURCHASE- WASTE OF TIME/MONEY
Ripped off $99 for 12 months. Last update was about 6 months ago. The app constantly crashes. Doesn't have basic exercises such as a bench press or leg extension machine. I could go on and on! Very limited exercises. Cannot customise a Workout. Cannot customise templates. Cannot delete client programs. From a clients view, it's just a mess and makes the trainer look unprofessional. If you make a mistake you cannot undo. Very disappointed with this app. I was caught in the hype as I was made to purchase before you can see what the app actually offers. Cannot refund 😩

This app doesn't work properly and need more things to improve., some of the selection bottoms doesn't work either and the program sheet is really difficult to read it out.
I want my money back because this app is very expensive and I don't want to pay for something that doesn't do the job that personal trainers needs.

Could be good
Very slow app takes a long time to change pages and save etc. Tried editing client info but does not save keeps coming up with my email. Sent email to company so hopefully these bugs will be fixed everything else is great a lot better then previous app
Upside down!!!
This is a load of crap don't purchase you will just be wasting your money you can't even use the app like intended because of the upside down keyboard. Total crap
Wait a while
A great concept, but still very much in the teething stage. Thought it'd be a bit smoother to operate. Probably easier just to use a laptop.

Entire interface is upside down! Will not rotate and keyboard is upside down. This app is definitely not user ready! Fix issues and I will gladly reevaluate.
It could be good
Wait a little while to buy it to give them a chance fix all the problems. At the moment it is very slow, I have to shut it down and re open it to use it. You can't delete or change the invoices. You can't delete clients.
Waste of money
I have tried time and time again to make an account which keeps giving me an error. No way of refund or to even contact somebody in regards of getting an account. Do not waste your money on this app all it does is waste time and energy, something valuable to all PT's
Potential
Starting to use this. Can't comment on functionality right now as still finding my west around the app. Wondering whether the parq, consent form and waiver can be added so the client can read and sign electronically. That would be a massive benefit.
Deleted clients information
Huge issue with the app is that is deleted all my clients information that I had entered! Very frustrating as I had measurements,testing scores, weigh ins etc all on this system.

I normally don't write reviews, but I thought I'd take the time to express my dislike about this one. Even signing up is a headache
Difficult to function
Slow and doesn't work on iPad. The app keeps sexing error messages and I have to keep shutting the app and reopen to use it. Very limited functionality and keeps crashing. Definitely not worth the money!
Has potential
This app has plenty of potential, but a lot going against it right now...landscape mode doesn't function right now and it's slow and laggy even on an iPad Air.

Absolutely awful do not buy, complete waste of money. Extremely poor design and too many bugs.
Disappointed user
Not a well programmed app Im wanting to use this for my clients and want to get good use out of it except it has far to many glitches and problems!!! And consistently boots me out when I'm trying to use it on my iPad.. It really needs to be updated more frequently to prevent this... I'd rate 5 stars and have all my mates know of it who are also PTs if it was looked after and monitored more regularly
