In the latest iteration of this app, they have removed to total for your upcoming next payment date.
You can only see how much is due in 15, 30 or 60 days. During the 15 day period, you would have two payment due dates.
If you use your payment facility a lot, and have multiple transactions, there is no possible way to see the total due on the next payment due date.
In addition, if you ask the in app support, it has not been updated to the latest version of the app and will continually provide you incorrect information on how to get the total of what is due on the next payment due date. So it sends you round in circles.

Removed the amount due feature.
Don’t know why they updated it and removed the amount due on your set day. Now when you go to make a payment it doesn’t give you the option to pay off all that’s due on that day only to pay off all due within 15 days or the total amount owed which is so stupid!!
Great until you have a problem
Someone placed an order on my fraudulent payment Afterpay account. Support has already had 2 months to do anything about it. Just radio silence. All they said is to complain t AFCA.

I’m really disappointed with the latest app update. The previous version clearly showed my total amount due each week, which made budgeting quick and easy. The new layout only shows individual payment schedules, meaning I now have to manually add up multiple payments to know what I’ll owe each week.
Please consider bringing back the weekly payment summary. It was one of the most useful features in the app and made it much easier to manage repayments.

Poor
No customer support. It’s been more than 2 days, I submitted my form with issue I faced still no any reply.
Payment cycle
Afterpay has removed in the app the amount due in the next weeks payment cycle. If paying weekly you now need to sit down with pen and paper and add up yourself how much you need to ensure is available in your account on the next payment due day. Afterpay tells you what’s due in a few weeks and a month and two months but no longer next weeks payment amount. This increases the risk of users failing to meet afterpays requirements and people defaulting very easily.
So NOT HAPPY with this change in the app.

Do not like the new update
I love Afterpay and haven’t used it for years without a problem but with the new update or layout or whatever is it that happened, im not liking it much as I can’t see how much is due for that week where as I used to be able to see it, now im just calculating each purchase just to get the final figure for that week. Please restore it to how it was please

Don’t ever delete the app
Don’t ever delete the app through your account or it becomes permanent and you can’t re sign up to the app. So disappointing!!

I couldn't even use it because you suck! I keep trying to verify myself and you idiots keep saying i already have an account which i DONT thanks for being useless and frustrating
don’t like new apps
all good but i don’t like new apps which is i can’t see my bill for that week, just show available to spend.. need to know the payment for that week,so that i ready to prepare my money.. update ur app now
Customer service
I must say customer service is non existent and appalling. Trying to reduce my total limit for past several days, not sure why this is not a function available in the app, and still left with standing with no resolution.
Still not able to login into my Afterpay account because of my old number linked just got a new numb
Need help
Card named
It would be great if users could assign custom names to the cards associated with their account. This would make it much easier to quickly identify each card, especially if they forget which card number belongs to which bank. I’m lazy I don’t want to get my card to check it out hahah.
Terrible new update
The latest update doesn’t allow you to see what is the total due for payments weekly. That really sucks
Terrible customer support
So at the start it was fine and dandy was able to log in and pay what I owe but then I wasn’t able to log in at all tried my password 3 times exactly so then I changed my password it failed to let me login 2 times before I contacted customer support who told me to “login to my account” which is the very thing I contacted them for to help with . I even explained the situation what happened and what I did and they basically repeated what they said the first time so I couldn’t physically pay my debt off and they got probe to contact me because i couldn’t login and pay my debt I got a bunch of late fees which made me struggle and almost be put on the streets. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE PAYPAL HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Annoying removal of a helpful part of the app.
Why did you remove the section that shows your upcoming total payments on the upcoming date? Instead now we have to add it all up manually every week. Why make it so difficult???? And why is there still error messages every time we make an Apple Pay payment? This has been going on for months.
Useless App
The latest update has removed the amount owing this week. It is extremely difficult to use. It seems like they tried to find out what people need then took it all out the app. Support is non existent and it seems like Afterpay are determined to roll with the useless changes that have made. I’ll be paying mine out and deleting the app.

My account was suddenly locked
It's ridiculous! My account got locked after buying two vouchers, then I had to chat with a chatbot, and then I was asked to provide my passport for verification and bank statements showing the three most recent transactions. The verification still failed, and they demanded additional documents like electricity, water, and internet bills. They're asking for so much, as if everyone desperately needs their service. Sorry it wasn't me! It's not a government organization, so why are they demanding so much personal information? I've already deleted the app!
