Hate to say it but over time this app has gotten progressively worse. This most recent update has unfortunately been the final nail in the coffin.
Why add advertisements? In the most inconvenient way too. It’s only been 5 minutes since updating a I’ve gotten so many ads. Seriously?? Sorry, not sorry. I’m out, was nice while it lasted

Missing both packages
This app shows both of my packages were delivered and they were not delivered. I need a refund on my orders and this app isn’t giving me any option to report my missing parcels. I hope I didn’t trust the wrong company because I really thought I was paying for legitimate insurance and products but I haven’t gotten any response to solve this issue and it has been weeks. Worried that too much time has passed, and may need to contact my bank to issue the refunds myself if the company won’t do so. Very very upsetting to say the least…

After Ship was a great tool, now ruined by intrusive ads
This was a great tool for tracking packages across multiple carriers. Now it has large ads, sometimes larger than the tracking information.
I’m not a very good communication company
They have had my package for over 20 days. No updates still no package.

Doesn’t update
Lately the tracking of packages has been off packages. Do not show when they’ve been delivered or if they’re in transit or if they’ve been shipped.

I didn’t even have to add my packages they where all there as soon as I open the app and you can see exactly where your stuff is love this app!!!
