Great Simple App Needs Extra Features
As others have said the app is simple and gets pretty close to what you’ll make, but it does have its kinks, example things like overtime isn’t calculated for some states. Otherwise great app!

The accuracy is pretty darned close...
I only see a difference of about 30 cents or less in the numbers in an old paystub and what the app reads for the fed. The Medicare and SocSec numbers are right in point, so I would say that it is really accurate and a decent tool to work from when determining what I will have to work with each payday. The 30 cent buffer in my check isn’t likely to make much of a difference from week to week. So it’s not something I worry to much about.

I like the app, however I don’t see choice of a biweekly selection. That would help me figuring what I need to hold out of my check because my boss doesn’t hold out taxes. Otherwise I would give 5 stars
Finally!! A accurate and nice app that actually calculates taxes!
I had been trying to find a app like this for a few years and every time I check the App Store, there either weren’t any or there weren’t any that did what I needed it to do.....calculate taxes!!! Finally!! This one does exactly what I need, it’s accurate and it has a nice and simple look and feel to it. Thanks to the creators for coming up with this app, it’s very much appreciated.

Simple and easy to use but lacking key features
I like the apps simplicity and ease of use but it’s lacking a few things to make it useful. The app should allow users to enter things like 401K contributions, before tax healthcare plan costs, HSA contributions, etc. and calculate after tax pay taking those into consideration. Moreover, social security taxes have a cap but the app currently doesn’t take that into consideration. It should be able to factor that into annual calculation as well as paychecks before and after max is reached. There should also be a way to calculate after tax pay for one-time bonuses. If these are added and done right I would bump the rating up to a 4 or 5.

Accurate and Useful
Awesome app. Calculates exactly how much money will go towards taxes based on your state, whether or not you’re married, etc. I’ve used it quite a bit for budgeting and it’s very accurate. I definitely recommend it
