This app sucks and the technical support is even worse with some bot. It doesn’t even understand the question
Poor login experience
If you are returning to agLocker after a year it will put you in a death spiral of password reset. Worst off it requires your phone number to start but will not use that as a password reset factor.
Useless.

Buggy log in process
I haven’t been able to log in to my account that I’ve had for years for whatever reason, I try the log in process time after time and it without fail brings me back to the sign in page. Really is a shame because I use this simulator all the time and I haven’t been able to log stats for the last couple years.

Basically impossible to login and/or create an account! Needs some work.
Have yet to be able to login without crashing
My account is clearly there as I can login on the simulator itself but I have yet to be able to get in the app. I go through phone number, validation code, email, password, and then it just goes right back to the get started page. Really frustrating.
Doesn’t Save Stats
Sometimes it will save my round and my shots but most times it saves a round for each hole played and tracks no shots. Frustrating

What a joke
The app, the software, the “simulator” and this company are a joke. Physics engine needs a major major overhaul. the app never works. graphics are atrocious, and the pinnacle balls they make you use are absolutely garbage.
Discombobulated
Frequent crashes and not easy to find what I’m looking for. I visited a facility to play indoor golf and they encouraged me to download this and wasted some of my reservation time. I thought it’d be worth it because of how good TrackMan’s app is, but just like the simulator experience it did not live up to my expectations.

It keeps crashing on opening
Ive tried to use the app for months, but no matter how many times I delete and reinstall, it keeps on crashing on opening.
Crashes all the time
Maybe comes up successfully once in every twenty times.

You can sort/breakdown your sessions by date or club….BUT NOT BY BOTH?!?!
How stupid and aggravating. Lazy. It should be easy to do. You can’t see if you’re hitting any particular club now vs previous sessions. It just gives you a lifetime average. So stupid.

It’s not bad
The data it gives is terrific, but the app is glitchy. If I’m looking at stats from a round, and I slide my finger on the page the app crashes. Aldo when looking at the score break down for a specific round, the total score is cut off, I wish the screen was adjustable or you would shrink it to fit so I could see it. I use an iPhone 14.

Good but Buggy
It’s a good app but can be quite buggy. It habitually crashes and I have to go through the whole log in process each time( sometimes it doesn’t like to log in when this happens). I had to do this numerous times within a couple hours. Also refuses to track any flag hunter match I’ve ever played and I think I’m up to around 15 or so. The last round I played the shot tracking in the data section was nowhere near accurate. It would randomly show I teed from anywhere on the map and show I putted in water. Also zigzagged and curved around all over.
I do enjoy all of the data logging and awards that come with using the app, it’s rather useful in improving my game.
If the bugs were squashed I’d definitely rate it a 5⭐️

Must be a 1990’s app
Pretty basic… shows shot video without identifying which club made the shot… doesn’t always upload shots… pretty useless actually.
Take photos while at the sim you’ll get better tracking.

The app is great when it works…but out of the 2 months I have used it, it’s worked only about 3 times!! Do better!!
