Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: aG Locker at none against TGL | WTGL's shown. aG Locker also leads on ratings volume (2.7K vs 34) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). TGL | WTGL's advantage is review sentiment (46% vs 31%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
aG Locker holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: aG Locker has 2.7K ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of aG Locker's written reviews are positive against 46% of TGL | WTGL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
aG Locker ships an update every 6 weeks, TGL | WTGL every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
