To application submitted only one acknowledged
This app has become unreliable.
After photographing the pages on two applications, husband-and-wife and submitting them only one appeared on the evening report that was emailed to me. The app however shows confirmation that it was submitted on both applications. This isn’t the first time there’s been glitches. I’m done using it. Back to faxing paper apps.

New version
Face recognition doesn’t work and it keeps saying there is an update but there isn’t.
App not opening
The app will not open. I have to constantly delete it and download it again for it to open. The older version did not do this.
