About

Agapēlla is a space for live practice: mindfulness, breathwork and inner growth. Teachers hold sessions in real time, and you join whenever it suits you — in the morning, during the day or late at night. Not a recording for the sake of it, but live presence: the practice is happening right now, and you are part of it. What is inside: Live sessions around the clock Meditation, breathwork and body practices, philosophical talks — all in real time. Watch, ask questions in the chat and practise together with the teacher. Practice library Recordings of past sessions and standalone practices: meditation, breathing, yoga and qigong, psychology, traditions, morning and evening rituals. Filters by direction, teacher and duration help you find what resonates. Teachers you can trust A catalogue of teachers with profiles, specialisation and schedule. Follow a teacher and hear about new sessions first. Your calendar A shared calendar of every event plus a personal schedule of the practices you picked. Add what you don't want to miss and get reminders. Community Themed circles — meditation, psychology, philosophy. A place to share experience and find your people. Agapella by your side Inside the app you are met by Agapella — not an assistant bot, but a calm guide that helps you settle in, suggests practices for your state and reminds you of what matters. Supporting teachers If a practice resonated, you can thank the teacher with an offering. It is a voluntary gesture of gratitude, not a fee for a service. Agapēlla works both on the web and on your phone — your practices, calendar and subscriptions stay with you on any device. — Practices on the platform are educational and informational. They are not a medical, psychotherapeutic or curative service and do not replace professional help. Consult a doctor before starting any practice.
