Not an easy to use banking app
I use a banking app from another bank that is so much easier to use. Miles ahead of this one. It turns on the camera light so the check is well lit. It also automatically takes the photo when the check is centered and in focus. I’m kind of clumsy so there’s no need to do three things at once. (center check get it in focus and then reach over with your finger to tap the screen to take the photo).

Perfect for quick access
App works great, no issues at all for me. As an engineer, I appreciate it’s streamlined and easy to use design. Some features are only available on the full website but I’m fine with that because almost everything I need to do is accessible on this app. It’s quick, easy, convenient, user friendly, and simple. Won’t complete update
I updated my iphone software so I could use the latest version (required by app to function), and now the app is in perpetual “Completing app update” without ever completing. Still can’t use app. :-/

Easy Banking
Love depositing checks with the capture feature. I used to mail them in.
Put in a little more effort…
My app keeps saying it needs to be updated even though it is. App does not support horizontal orientation on the iPad, which is very annoying. Worst of all, seeing details of an account splits the screen vertically almost 50% into accounts and transactions, making the account column a huge waste of space and the transactions column all with truncated descriptions. This is what happens when the person making the app doesn’t use the app.

I am thrilled at AGCU’s mobile banking app. It’s terrific and simple to use.

Mobile Deposit Useful!
Mobile deposit is a useful feature that this app provides. Especially for someone who is working full time and can’t make it to the bank. Super easy to find, as the button is only one click away! Even a small uneducated child could do it. Even an ant could do it, an ant who has no concept of not only mobile banking but human civilization in general. Even a microscopic spec could find the mobile deposit button.
What i’m trying to say is that mobile deposit is not only an available feature that i’ve been using for months, but is conveniently located just a click away! Thank you AGCU!

App? What App?
This could be an app if you could even get in. I was hopeful AGCU would solve their app problems with a their new app, but this one will not get past two step verification. If you call the institution you’re on hold forever. I’m a twenty year member and I’m ready to ditch the membership.
App’s ok but where’s mobile deposit???
This may just be a feature they’re holding back since the app just dropped today, but where on earth is the mobile deposit function??? That’s a really important function for everyone (like myself) who works full time and can’t make it in to the bank while they’re open to deposit any checks they may have! I really hope mobile deposit something they’re just waiting on to make sure the new app functions correctly and not something that was completely forgotten about.
