Worst app ever since the update

Can no longer use this app at all. Keep getting user blocked call them they told me it was my phone but yet reading all the reviews it seems like everybody’s having this problem. Customer service at this bank is terrible. They need to do a better job at helping people and not just giving them a whatever answer.

Needs major updating

This app was never great, but the past couple months it has become almost unusable. After logging in, it takes forever to load. If you want to click on one of your accounts in particular, you might as well take a nap, waiting for information to come up and be able to scroll through transactions.

Useless

Completely useless, worst banking experience in my life. App is worthless can’t cross pay from another bank. Log in is a fight every time. Call support and they are no help as well. Wish I could give it a negative rating.

The app seems broken. Functionality has become painfully slow. My phone goes to sleep while I’m waiting for the app to respond to any navigation or actions. Really needs a performance update.
