wont let me create an account. cant choose a location and cant move on without doing it

After filling out my information it would let me add a location for the activity location so I couldn’t make my account

I can’t even make an account. It’s literally impossible. It keeps me on this same page & keeps saying “please go to the settings page to enable the necessary permissions first” even after doing so it still doesn’t work. Please fix the app! Thanks.
Impossible to register
I tried to start an account, but after I wasted time filling up the information on the first page, it merely wasn’t working, and it was impossible to move on to the next page, the click button was inactive.
