Paying Player Disappointed: Expensive Events, Weak Moderation, and Unaddressed Balance Changes
This game has potential, but the experience has become frustrating and expensive for me as a paying player. The event system feels overly packed and inefficient—there are “many types of events,” but they don’t translate into better gameplay or better value. It often feels like the game pushes you into spending more time and resources without clear payoff.
Communication and community tools also feel lacking. Alliance chat editing isn’t available and there’s no clear plan to change it, which makes coordination harder than it should be.
On top of that, harassment in chat is a serious issue. Support’s response indicated moderation relies mostly on automated checks and periodic reviews, and they don’t manually monitor chats. From a player perspective, that doesn’t result in visible, reliable enforcement, so problematic behavior continues.
Finally, balance updates affected my army’s grade/strength in a way that wasn’t addressed with a real solution. Support explained that “strength is relative” and pointed to future content, but that doesn’t fix the current impact or offer a clear path to recovery for players who were harmed by the change.
Overall: too many confusing/expensive events, insufficient chat functionality, weak visible moderation outcomes, and balance changes without meaningful remediation. I can’t recommend it in its current state, especially not if you’re paying.

Toooo expensive.
It is a very fun game and addictive but it is a complete money dump. We’re talking hundreds to thousands of dollars to really grow and be strong. And no event is free. Everything about this game is to get you to spend more.

This game is nothing like advertised
Do not download this game it is marketed to adults with disposable income and trouble with emotional regulation and poor spending habits. It is quite literally as predatory as any game or app can get. Do yourself a favor and do not get sucked into it. The mini games advertised in the ads you have seen are NOWHERE in the game.
