Charged me for a year before 3 day free trial over

I canceled before the 3 day free trial. Got charged. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, when I reached out to them BY EMAIL, they have no number you can call. I never even said I wanted a year, I said a week and they charged me for a whole year. 65$ at Christmas. If I could give negative stars I would.
