We want to clarify your questions so that your experience with the product might change and it can help you save space and a lot of time. We are team of passionate people working towards empowering and helping users as a productivity tool. We understood that you didn't like the app or features but it doesn't allow anyone to make false accusations since there are thousand of active users who are using it without a hesitation. We believe that there are some misunderstandings. We do have the 3 day free trial with a yearly plan which you can try all features free for 3 days. After the free trial period, Apple charges you the billing amount. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get charged before or inside the free trial period. All the payment process is handled by Apple. It is technically impossible for us to intervene. Don't be mislead by users who doesn't have information about Apple's auto-subscription process. If you selected any other plan that doesn't include the free trial such as the monthly plan; then you can access to premium features for a month without the free trial which is explicitly shown on the app. If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and if you want to refund, then you can refund immediately. Refunded amount will be back to you soon. You can cancel your subscription to Photo Finder like any other App Store subscription: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Find View Apple ID in the iTunes & AppStores > your Apple ID name page. Then, tap Subscriptions > Photo Finder. Click on the Cancel Subscription button which is located at the bottom of the screen.
