They don’t like to refund when their machines faulty
They really don’t like refunding money when their machines are faulty. Third time’s a charm, so here is the review.
The machines don’t start, yet I have to pay again for the same dryer. You can see the exact time and cycle information by the second on their app, so there is proof of what happened.
I used the same dryer all day and waited until the cycle was completely finished. I loaded a new load, and the dryer started with only 12 minutes when it should have been at least 50 minutes. I had to pay again for a full cycle. They said it was my fault and refused to refund me.
This has happened with the washers too. They don’t start, and I have to pay again. I have followed all of their steps to report the machines and request service. I have proof of payment and the exact cycle times through the app, but they will do ANYTHING NOT to issue a refund.
Terrible customer service. I’ve already wasted a good $20 on machines that don’t work properly. They definitely deserve a bad review.

2 years I have used this app with no issues. One day I have my money taken from a machine that failed, so I request a refund. That refund request of only $2.80 gets denied. How absurdly petty. The prices continue to go up and the machines continue to fail. Yet, when I make my first request it gets denied the same day. Lol.

Good luck getting a refund
Doesn’t let you submit any new refund requests when you have one in place. my one at a time refund request has been put in since 3/13/24…
Hard to set up
It took me 9 times to set up… meaning I had to enter all my info 9 times before it would set up an account for me.
Once set up, it didn’t work in the laundry room I was in.
I’m asking for a refund, let’s see if the final straw is going to be no refund.

Refund Issue
Overall the app is fine but it has some technical flaws. Said technical flaws lead to issues with the machine and app. I have issued two refunds and not received a follow up at all. The first one was a year ago, which I clearly let go of, and the second more recently…Poor technical and customer service, but if you have no choice it’s decent for what it is.
