NW FPL needs own app

Works well with Southeast FPL or single account , but when moving to NW Florida, the interface is bad and it won’t even let me pay my bill. Have to log online to pay. Also difficult to have account removed permanently

Need better built tools for managing business energy usage on iOS.

I used to be able to compare previous usage to current usage but no longer have access to that data. Seems sketchy you wouldn’t want your business customers more analytical tools so we can compare the exorbitant bills we have now to previous years.

Poor programming

Your site is unbelievably bad. I have searched for your mail address but cannot find it on your website. Additionally you have been punishing me for 2-3 years for a bounced check. And it was not my fault it
Bounced. I had frozen my accounts because I found some of my account information had been sacrificed.
You have the privilege of being the only carrier. Please review your site and help me pay your bill. I can’t do it on line and I can’t find your mail address.
