Fix the app!

I have been trying to log into my account for the past couple days. Something is wrong with the app fix the app! I cannot login it doesn’t let me! Please fix the app. I wanna check my account and I don’t wanna be on the phone for the next three hours in a queue to get a call back to just tell me to wait. I keep going through the steps and it doesn’t let me login. Please fix the app.!!!!!!!!!!!
