Fpl is the most incompetent utilities service company in the country. There app is stupid and so are the reps

Constant log in loop trying to report flickers. Won’t recognize my account number even though I’m entering it correctly. Just ridiculous. Ended up having to call and then they were a no show - but that’s a different review. The app is trash.

Using the app for the last five months has greatly improved and no longer need to deal with questionable representatives. The app is easy to use a straightforward.

Can’t even log in
The app logged me out last week and now the login screen is bugged. Every time I click login with password, it just sends me to a blank white page that never loads.
Bad change
The app was much friendlier until a month ago. The change makes login more difficult unnecessarily. Rethink it!

No adequate accessibility features
This app is terrible for the visually impaired. Too many distracting graphics and no simple user interface.
Could not create a pass key
Up until you changed the app I was able to use Face ID to login. Now the app is telling me to create a pass key has me login but will not let me create the pass key. This means I have to remember a complex password every time I log into this to check my bill!
