Almost every month app makes me change password, then says can’t use same password???

NW FPL needs own app
Works well with Southeast FPL or single account , but when moving to NW Florida, the interface is bad and it won’t even let me pay my bill. Have to log online to pay. Also difficult to have account removed permanently

Need better built tools for managing business energy usage on iOS.
I used to be able to compare previous usage to current usage but no longer have access to that data. Seems sketchy you wouldn’t want your business customers more analytical tools so we can compare the exorbitant bills we have now to previous years.

Your site is unbelievably bad. I have searched for your mail address but cannot find it on your website. Additionally you have been punishing me for 2-3 years for a bounced check. And it was not my fault it
Bounced. I had frozen my accounts because I found some of my account information had been sacrificed.
You have the privilege of being the only carrier. Please review your site and help me pay your bill. I can’t do it on line and I can’t find your mail address.

It’s only good to see you bill unable to pay bill only to see it and the break down

Easy to use and I get my information quickly whenever I need it.
Involuntary use
My biggest quarrel is the fact they don’t take out the money immediately. It takes sometimes up to 4days to post. Absolutely hate it

Very easy and smooth app to understand
power outage
The tech on the street seemed to have a difficult time locating the transformer box. When approached by customers he had an attitude toward us. We prefaced that we were wanting answers and we understood his predicament. He gave no hope and negated the claim that we would be restored at 10:30. He doesn’t expect a crew until 8:30 am. The 8 home owners are very concerned and extremely disappointed. We thought of going to a hotel but realized we are not strong enough to release our garage door manually to secure a car. This is an unfortunate situation with a poor solution. Your thoughts?

I pay my electric bill every month on time and then never draft the funds that are fully available in the account never mind that you can never get a human being in the phone
