2 years I have used this app with no issues. One day I have my money taken from a machine that failed, so I request a refund. That refund request of only $2.80 gets denied. How absurdly petty. The prices continue to go up and the machines continue to fail. Yet, when I make my first request it gets denied the same day. Lol.

Good luck getting a refund
Doesn’t let you submit any new refund requests when you have one in place. my one at a time refund request has been put in since 3/13/24…
Hard to set up
It took me 9 times to set up… meaning I had to enter all my info 9 times before it would set up an account for me.
Once set up, it didn’t work in the laundry room I was in.
I’m asking for a refund, let’s see if the final straw is going to be no refund.

Refund Issue
Overall the app is fine but it has some technical flaws. Said technical flaws lead to issues with the machine and app. I have issued two refunds and not received a follow up at all. The first one was a year ago, which I clearly let go of, and the second more recently…Poor technical and customer service, but if you have no choice it’s decent for what it is.

Can’t add more time
5 mins extra drying for 80 cents is ridiculous.
Cannot update credit card
This week I needed to add a different credit card to my account and I’m unable to update the credit card. When I select the menu item, I got the error message “400 bad request”. I tried log off, log back in; uninstall and reinstall; create new account — none of it helped . I’m unable to get to a screen to enter my credit card information.

Friction to often
When starting a fry cycle there’s always a pop-up asking if you want to add 10 min to the fry cycle for $0.80. It’s delayed just enough and placed in just the right spot to where it’s extremely difficult to not hit confirm and waste the extra money. It seems very intentionally placed to benefit the company and considering customers aren’t able to input a specific time they want to be charged less (most of my clothes are done drying with 30 min instead of 40) it seems this company is trying to scrape as much money from their customers rather than providing an app that brings high value to people’s lives. It’s nice I don’t have to use quarters anymore but quarters are less friction than this app.

App never works
I have 2 issues with the Aaxon app:
1. The timer for the washers are never right. It’s usually off ~10 minutes and I always have to set my own timer to make sure I go back to the shared laundry room to grab my clothes and put it in the dryer.
2. The app has connection issues all the time!!! It says it’s unable to load funds because I have no internet connection… not true I’m on WIFI at home and have my cell service. All other apps seem to have connectivity except Aaxon.
I’ve been using this app for 3 years now and I’m just really fed up. I had to take my wet clothes to the laundromat because the app can’t connect for me to load funds. Please fix the bugs so we can use the app as it’s intended. I only have one day off from work to do my chores and this app isn’t making it any easier with its constant issues.

Fraudulent Charges
Company is Not BBB accredited Extremely Unprofessional & dishonest company that requires use of prepaid App for service and refuses to refund erroneous charges incurred due to malfunctioning machines & App.

No menu, can’t connect to laundry machine.
Useful
I really like to use the app to monitor the laundry rooms to see if any are available etc. I like the timer but after this last update the timer on the app does not match with the time it takes to wash a load. For example, a load takes 37 mins to wash and the app says 51 mins. It never did that before. Please fix I hate having to do a separate timer on my phone.

Horrible app
Really bad app. Forces you to add at least $10 to your card, so if you just are looking to do one load they have essentially robbed you. Does not connect to apple pay, everything is added manually and the sign up process needs an excessive amount of information. The user interface is dated and does not function well.

Wash n Dry
Works great, but I do think it’s over priced per load to wash and dry.
Not bad but it’s not good
The app moves a little slow. I also submitted a request for a refund for a dryer that did not work months ago, and never received a follow up or refund.
