Worst App Ever
Constantly charges you to start a machine but the machine doesn’t register that you paid. The camera says invalid QR code 1000 times before it actually scans, half the time the app doesn’t even work. Desperately needs to be modernized.
Bare minimum works
I use One Tap Away for another building and it is so much better. I can’t see the status of other machines here. No notification when your machine is done. You can’t add time to the dryer after the initial start including if the app or internet fails. The timer on the washing machine isn’t even accurate. It always takes longer than the time says. And when you try to submit feedback on the app it logs you out!

Machines always in working condition and are always clean.
Not Accurate
I downloaded this application under the impression that it would show which machines were available or unavailable. Out unit has 5 dryers and 4 washers. Despite registering an account, both washers and dryers read as “0/0” regardless of being actually being used or not. Ridiculous that you need to provide personal account data to simple LOOK at the app.
