Painful, Just Painful
If your laundry has poor cell phone reception, this app seems virtually impossible to use. Also, the process of adding time to your drier in 5-minute increments takes seemingly forever. It took me close to 5 minutes to set up two drier loads with 30 minutes each. Next time I’ll be going back to using my laundry card if they have fixed the card machine by then.

The app works generally well I can pay via my phone and it is able to know which machine I’m using. The downside is that the timer is not in sync with the machine. The timer on the app will go off and then I go downstairs and I have to wait six minutes for the machine to actually be done. Also the machines need cleaning and there should be something on the app for maintenance.
