I wish you could add however much money you want to your account instead of a minimum of $10 with 10$ increments thereafter. Unless you plan to use this payment system for the rest of your life and then some, you stand to wind up with an unused balance in your account.

Constantly given a “limited functionality” message and app doesn’t work when you need it.
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t
It would be nice if the app stored previously used credit card numbers so you don’t have to put them in again when refilling. Also, it can be buggy and sometimes the app says it worked but I will come back and the washing machine did not even turn on but it still took my money. Last time I tried to get a refund for this, the Hercules’s phone number was not working. I sent an email and they never sent the refund.

I just wish it was setup ti its max potential. We should be able to see on the app which machines are available before we schlep to the laundry room. It appears for one machine on the list which means it should be something that can be programmed for all of them….
Inconvenient convenience
Its seems helpful to both not have to buy or to remember to bring a laundry card to the laundry room. However, this app is so slow to load and to apply money to a machine. You cannot add additional time to a dryer all at once. An improvement would be the ability to all multiples of the dryer time units (say, 3 sets of 15 minutes). So you have to individually increase the time by waiting for the app the connect—in a basement. Then it asks you to rate the app every time you finally complete the transaction.

Rip off
You charge $10 for the card, thenn there’s no money in the card. You allow the machines to charge us for our app but the machines do not work so why take our money

An absolute nightmare
If your laundry room has poor cell phone reception, this app is an incredibly painful to use. The process of adding time to your drier in 5-minute increments takes forever. It has taken me up to 10 minutes to set up two drier loads with 30 minutes each. Next time I’ll be going back to using my laundry card if they have fixed the card machine by then.

Why is it so slow??
Yes, the app is easy to load and it's nice I don't have to set a timer to remember my laundry, but the time it takes to actually connect with the machine - if it's able to - is such an extreme negative!
