An absolute nightmare
If your laundry room has poor cell phone reception, this app is an incredibly painful to use. The process of adding time to your drier in 5-minute increments takes forever. It has taken me up to 10 minutes to set up two drier loads with 30 minutes each. Next time I’ll be going back to using my laundry card if they have fixed the card machine by then.

Why is it so slow??
Yes, the app is easy to load and it's nice I don't have to set a timer to remember my laundry, but the time it takes to actually connect with the machine - if it's able to - is such an extreme negative!

Super convenient!!
Easy to use!
Almost there!
The app works generally well I can pay via my phone and it is able to know which machine I’m using. The downside is that the timer is not in sync with the machine. The timer on the app will go off and then I go downstairs and I have to wait six minutes for the machine to actually be done. Also the machines need cleaning and there should be something on the app for maintenance.

Machine Offline
Our largest machine keeps going offline even tho it says it is available on the app. I have put detergent in twice that i had then lost and also had to pay a dollar more to use two machines. Never got a refund I asked for.

App works does what it’s supposed to do but it’s very slow. I mean very very slow. I had four dryers I had to program - took me a half hour. did i say this was slow.
Being productive with insomnia
So there you are, you can’t sleep and there’s a bag of laundry behind the door. You gotta get it done you’ve run out of socks and underwear, T-shirts are getting low and towels towels forget about it you know you like clean crisp towels every day because you’re a shower freak one in the morning one in the evening like to keep it clean plus we got a great shower lotta beautiful pressure strong adjustable pressure plenty of hot water, nonstop New York City Plumbing the best on the planet so you decided and since you can’t sleep, it’s 1 o’clock in the morning you figure all right let’s get the laundry out of the way, but the card is low. How are you gonna run the machine without enough money on the card here’s the answer no problem you hit the app you load it up in your slippers in a bathrobe no more Lobby no more vending machine no more Elevator. Just on the phone the magic of technology aim that thing watch those circles reciprocate graphically push that button and there it goes 38 minutes away from heaven.
