Paying for dryers needs improvements
Starting a washing machine isn’t that bad but starting a dryer is terrible. Instead of letting the user select how many minutes they want their dryer to run, you have to add 5 minutes each time. Now that’s fine but the starting default is 10 minutes, it’s pretty rare anyone is using a dryer for 10 minutes. Why can’t you let the user select how many minutes they want the dryer to run in multiples of 5? Instead, adding time is a SEPARATE transaction that takes forever. On top of that, once you get to 30 minutes, adding more time always fails and you have to reconnect to the machine. It’s so complicated for no reason. Instead of sending multiple SLOW transactions for a single machine, you can send ONE. Such poor and lazy design.

Maliciously Designed App
This app is designed to take your money and make it impossible to get it back should you encounter an issue with a machine. I requested a refund for a broken machine (didn’t start after accepting my money yet the timer on my cycle counted down anyway.) The app has no way to track status of such requests, which adds to the frustration, though it feels extremely intentional to obscure such information and make it difficult to track. All in all it’s clear that this company intends to make it VERY difficult to get your money back should you encounter a legitimate issue and hopes its users will lose a war of attrition. Furthermore, when trying to submit feedback through the app’s feedback page, hitting submit just logs you out of your session… I’m a mobile dev, at best this is an atrocious bug, at worst it is straight up malicious design. If you’re a resident of a building using Hercules for your laundry STAY AWAY from this app at all costs. In fact, you’re probably better off paying for a wash and fold service…

Great App with a Couple of Suggestions
Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the app. It’s easy to use and has been reliable. I understand that occasionally asking users to re-register their debit or credit card is an important security feature, and I appreciate the added protection. It did inconvenience me once when I was away from home and had to run back upstairs to re-enter my card information before I could complete my transaction. Because of that, I recommend keeping funds loaded in the app whenever possible.
One feature I’d really like to see is the ability to add more time to a parking session directly from the app without having to walk back to the parking meter and press the confirmation button. Being able to extend a session completely from the app would make it much more convenient, especially in bad weather or when you’re already some distance away.
Other than those suggestions, the app has worked well for me. Keep up the great work!

Bluetooth feature is not working
I am trying to pay for the machine but the app keeps telling me that bluetooth is not enabled. This is with the updated app. My settings show bluetooth is enabled. Not to mention there is no app support for this. So frustrating.

I hate that this app doesn’t let you sign in with your email and password. It always takes me to the screen that asks to find my laundry room. It can’t never find it. I have money on the app that I cannot use because it won’t allow me to login. Forcing me to pay and have to put money on a laundry card. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

This app often doesn’t work at all when trying to reload my account. I’ve gotten multiple different error messages over the months and calling customer support they said they couldn’t help.
Can’t login anymore
Every time trying to login, it pop up no internet connection, my internet is no problem!! I still have a lot money in account, and I can do my laundry now!!!
Perma banned
I’m permanently locked out of the app because my phone number is tied to an old email I can't access. The app won't let me update the email or start fresh, meaning I’d literally have to change my cell provider to make a new account. I’m currently forced to use my girlfriend's account just to do my laundry. Please fix this logic so I can reclaim my phone number via SMS.

Constant issues
If technology is going to be unnecessarily forced into every aspect of our lives it at least needs to work. This app constantly fails to start washing machines, causing me to need to move my laundry multiple times and wasting detergent, then request a refund.

Better than needing a card
The UI is pretty kludgy, like the amount of tapping and waiting required to add time to a dryer load 5 minutes at a time instead of just having a function that can say 4 increments of 5 minutes = 4n monies… with like a 5 increment limit so you can’t accidentally pay an insane sum to run the dryer for a month. But it’s still much better than having to keep and carry a laundry card.

The app works fine aside from not being able to refill my card with money. I have since started refilling on the website but this is annoying. Also on the app review pics, it shows which washer/dryer machines are open but my app doesn’t include that?
