Can’t connect device
I purchased the booster pro in hopes of also using the app to make my life easier no matter what I do I can not connect my device to the app. Really disappointed
Can’ receive coupons
I raised a pet playing the game and finally earned a coupon. I also play the animal one and have gotten a few elephants but never win in that one. I tried to collect my coupon but even when i tried to link it to my Kakao app nothing happens. Is it because I am in the US?
Not useful at all
The video tutorials only show you how to turn the device on and off. There are no specific instructions other than that and no actual tutorials. It’s basically an app to collect photos for medicube to use for marketing purposes.
Routine timelapse bug
When I finish using my booster pro for 5 minutes the app registers 15 minutes and even adds random modes after you finish.
App won’t find my device
I like the X2 device, but this app does not see the device. I cannot add my device to the app to use the dual mode. Very unfortunate. I have followed all of the troubleshooting advice, I can see the bluetooth icon on the device. Still no progress.
