Used to be good
This app used to be amazing when the original founder was working there. I heard through the grapevine that everyone was let go during the pandemic and the founder left. Ever since then, this app has been a dumpster fire. You can tell even through the reviews of when it started changing. Now they want to charge you for everything and no updates have been made in months. The guy who is running it now is a total jerk who is just money hungry and only cares about investors over the actual product. They honestly should just shut it down instead of ruining what once used to be a great app.

Scam jobs , bad customer service
I have subscribe to this app and I have been scammed and customer service is so slow they don’t even answer to e mails and 300$ for per year is extremely expensive if you compare to the jobs they are providing.
worst freelance modeling app
ive been on this app for about 3 weeks now. with Agent, i’ve had the same 4 castings to choose from this entire time. The only way more castings appear if if i modify my rates and even doing that only shows me more castings that have already been scheduled to shoot months ago. They claim that this is because they only show you what meets your specifications but it’s very scammy. i joined several modeling apps and casting websites around the same time and this is by faaaaar the worst one.

Saves you time
Agent saves you time from booking models from traditional modeling agencies. It’s a much faster and effective process. The app is easy and seamless. The payments are secure all within the app. We used it twice and it went great!
Too buggy to actually use
I just re-downloaded this app after not suing it for some time, but it’s not letting me do angling, literally. I can’t edit my profile, add/delete photos, check listings (even though I have a paid subscription), it’s not worth it anymore.
Makes it extremely difficult to cancel payments
They make you “contact support” to cancel your premium subscription to make it more difficult for you to cancel it. This is so that they can make more money. Notice how it takes two seconds to pay them but days to stop them from taking your next monthly payment. Do not pay them because they will give you a world of headache. There is no way to stop paying them without having to speak to their idiotic support team. This should be illegal and you deserve to be sued. Hopefully you will.

So far so good ! And the app so easy to use, glad to be part of a network that is growing, I've been with them since 2017 !
Bugs and limited opportunities
App has issues - like notifications not being received when getting new DMs, menu buttons not working, etc.
Also, $5/month is a bit expensive given the listings on here are very limited even though I live in a major city.

Waste of time and money if you’re not the standard model
I had the app for two months and the only jobs that were available to me were for models who are 5’7 and up, even though the app says they’ll only give you jobs in your category to your type. So I couldn’t even submit. There was no point in buying the subscription to just sit around with nothing available to me for 2 months.

I can’t sign up
Yesterday I was recommended to this app and I was really excited but I couldn’t sign in so I try again today and still can even sign in! I was wondering if someone could help me why I can sign in I already give the information but it looks like the app is not working, if someone know please let me know.

If I could give this app a 0 stars I would. I am a plus size model and wanted to expand my portfolio. I did the application and was denied with the explanation that I am not fit enough to be a model. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. I would never ever use this app or tell my friends to use it either.

Love this app! Easy to use, efficient and beautiful talent at an affordable price :)
An attractive looking absolute waste of time
While the app looks appealing, like it could fill a niche, it ends up being a complete waste of time. Unfortunately as it stands, you will have better luck on sites like model mayhem, purpleport, or even skimming hashtags on Instagram. I’d say it’s worth a look if you have time to kill/waste.

I’m a succesful model signed to THREE of the biggest agencies and I’ve been all over tv literally , I’ve worked with the most famous designers and directors in the world and was told I have to be a professional to have an account 🤣 I only made an account so I didn’t have to go to my agency for everything and give them a percentage ... 👎🏻 they clearly aren’t professionals and don’t know what they are talking about . One star for effort though PRETENDING to be legit ! I’m actually very well known too ! If Vera wang and Tommy Hilfiger work with me regularly I’m sure that makes me a professional on top of that I have a very FAMOUS family . I’m sure the owners of this app haven’t been to any of the exclusive places and fashion weeks I have been INVITED To classify what’s professional and what’s not clearly ... I also worked with Jordan Peele and other celebs who told me I’m absolutely gorgeous ! I’ve also been on the news for my modeling as well ! I do NOT RECOMMEND this wannabe app . CANT even identify a REAL MODEL LOL 😂 Wish ZERO stars was an option .

First Class Service
I must say I was hesitant because the concept is great but it’s all about the ability to execute. I just finished my first job from Agent. No drama, great communication with the buyer.
I had some questions when I first set up my profile and customer service was great to the point they could teach others. Fast to respond, understood my questions offered to fix the issue and did.
I had a brief email with the President of the company and he seems like a quality guy too. Overall I can say they “got it” right!
This is the future if your a pro in the biz or a newbie jump on board as I think this will be the way jobs are booked. It just works too well and again zero drama and after decades in the biz...it’s refreshing to say it !

They will charge you in secret
Beware of this app. They will go ahead and randomly charge you for a shoot if you want to postpone it, even if you didnt want set an actual date.
Use their competitors Swipecast and Newbook, much better selection and they wont do any of this crap.
