App Isn’t Proactive Enough at all.
I have to log in every time to see my clients. Face ID login setting. When I can claim a client I have to login through safari and not the app. That’s a huge inconvenience.
Links don’t open the app😒
The text links I receive via Messages no longer open the app directly. Instead, they open Safari and take me to the Agent Dash website, where I have to log in each time. This has been happening for the past three months, and it's causing me to miss potential prospects. It's been a terrible experience.

Mobile Login Spotty
In real estate, the amount of time it takes to claim a lead is absolutely CRUCIAL. This app requires a login for each time you open the app, and that’s assuming that you successfully login. I constantly have to hard boot my phone because there is a strange authentication error that pops up occasionally. As other reviewers have said, this NEEDS to be fixed if you want your partner agents to be happy.

Good luck catching any referrals.
No FaceID for real?
Good luck catching a referral unless you sit in front of the phone screen all day while already logged in. Requires you to sign in each time and then takes forever to load.
