Better Lead Qualification Needed
Opcity has helped connect me with potential clients, but I believe the lead quality could be improved. Many leads are not pre-qualified or are not ready to move forward. As agents, we spend a significant amount of time trying to help them get pre-approved or gather the information they need, but many stop responding. Better screening before leads are assigned would help agents focus on serious buyers and provide a better experience for everyone. It would also be helpful to have clearer guidance on when an unresponsive lead should be released versus when we should continue following up.

Opcity is great for keeping in touch with the prospects and reminding all the time to contact them it’s a great system but on the other side some people doesn’t need that much followings so choosing the pace for follow up will be a great advantage to add it. Overall it’s easy to use.
