Bad screen size bug
The screensize does not fit my iPhone X, it appears smaller

Itâs been 4 years since the last update. The app is completely unusable. Agiled needs to step up and rebuild this app or Apple needs to boot this from the store.
Would not load
The app just jams and remains on a continual âyour password is incorrectâ. It does not even provide an opportunity to enter a password. I am concerned as other reviews are not receiving replies.
Dated and no recent updates are a worry...
This app is old, itâs clunky and doesnât work well at all. Last update over 3 years ago. Would be good to see a recent update to get it up to speed.

Working perfectly for me..
Although the learning curve may be challenging, once you master it this is a fabulous CRM App.
The only complaint I have is that the sync integration with Xero Beautiful Accounting does NOT work removing much of the functionality that we hoped to gain from the App.
If this integration can be fixed... This would be a perfect App!

Doesnât even work. Menu options but blank screen

Agree w several other reviews - not great to begin with but recently become unusable. Reinstalling on my iPhone XS again to see if thereâs any improvement. Currently I just get the menu and a blank screen - canât do anything.

Very disappointing
The app is borderline unusable. Major delays in screen transitions and button selections. Have to close and reload the app any time I view a document as there is no visible exit button. Desktop experience is better but still not great.
Customer support wasnât great either, pretty sad when I (someone using the program for 2 weeks or less) was pointing out features to the support person that they were not aware of âin 10 years of experienceâ.
There is tons of potential in this program... just need to clean up under the hood.

Not Working
Web App is fine but iOS app is only showing sidemenu no dashboard nothing. Even notifications are not working.

Iâm wondering if this product will ever find a new update. So glitchy and unusable. Time to shift to another CRM because there is no love here for their mobile customers.

Not a real crm company
With no update for two years, and app simply not working - this is hardly a company you would trust with your crm

Ira really bad the app It just doesnât work Iâd tried everything it get stuck it doesnât charge I canât even enter my user, not recommended at all
