As a non profit who has been with this company for a long time. The cost has continued to rise as our team has expanded and we can no longer afford the services. We are looking for alternatives.

Better on PC
It's disappointingly limited on the phone. I can look up phone numbers on the PC and put things alphabetically by street and name.

I can’t rely on the app at all for any edits. Updates to the custom fields don’t get updated to the browser version.
As a reference app (just to look up information)
The search function for boxes works maybe 20% of the time after numerous hard resets.
