Question
In the past, when I make a call, a box pops up and I can assign it to a client and notate what it pertained to. I am not getting the pop up boxes now. How can I get them back?

I use this app via the website almost every day. It is my favorite; however, the Search features are the WORST. I use other applications when I need to find anything. I like Timeline and Files, but not Search.
I wish it had worked
Having tried so many other versions of this, I like the idea of this app a lot. But I never got past the onboarding process. There were just too many obstacles and too many data glitches
It's a mystery.
This is an immensely powerful and feature rich app. Hard to tell why it's so little known or used. The makers focus on realtors (I'm not a realtor). The desktop version looks very dated and has some infuriating deficiencies which means that every few weeks I try to jump ship. Badly in need of a makeover.
