Issue and problems
It’s a worst apps i have ever seen , I changed my device and I can’t login to my account. Even when i go to the bank branch they could not able to get that.
And some time I can’t even transaction because of server issues.
How could I get this solution?

One of the worst apps in bangladesh banking system. Most of the time have faced server problems.
Hilarious
In this digital era, this apps looking like we're at the age of 1980's technology. It's also portrait how Bangladeshi govt institutions are backdated and corrupted even though they've enough resources. But they can't proper utilize their manpower and resources because of corruption and honest dedication for work place.

Slow and server busy.
Very very slow app. Doesn’t work most of the time. “Server busy” is their common dialogue. In case of emergency, you will never be able to do any transactions for sure. They really need to upgrade their app. 2/10 personal rating.
Very Bad User Experience
- The app won’t autofill a password from a password manager. Even you can’t paste a password. This makes the user either type a long password or naturally choose an easy one.
- The app is almost unusable as of March 2026. Most of the operations fail with the “Server busy” error.

Worst Banking App
This is the worst banking app I have ever experienced. Here are a few annoying things about it:
1. When changing passwords, it doesn’t autofill using a password manager. If you minimize the app to copy the password, it won’t allow you to paste the password and make you type 24 random characters.
2. It doesn’t save the language preferences. Every time you log in, the language preferences reset.
3. When sending money, if you have only one account, it still wants you to select the account that should be selected by default.
4. The user experiences are confusing. The has the same/similar features listed in 3 different places.
5. It won’t let you change your profile picture.
I used the app for less than 24 hours and this is my experience.
