Very bad, the first try on automatic grading gives me an error. Tried multiple other cards and just errors out everytime
Horrible pop search
Why is searching for a card so difficult on your app? Why is there no search feature to just type in either the card name or ags card number? In population report nothing is organized. It’s all random. If you are going to make it difficult at least put things in either alphabetical order and numerical card # order? Going to live feed just blanks out. Trying to use the search feature, as soon as you start typing the screen goes white with the + icon in the lower right corner. It will stay that way unless the app is closed and reopened. But as soon as you start typing again, white screen.

Instant Grades Feature Broken
I think the app works great however, the one I find most useful doesn’t work. Instant grade feature doesn’t work. Always getting an unknown error: ‘defect’. Use to work, now it’s rendered useless.
Error Defect
Tried uploading an instant grade and keeps failing with the error, defect. this bug needs to be fix immediately.
Bad business
I sent 4 cards out to be graded they was graded and then got sent out and got lost I talk to the ups and they sent over paperwork for claim then I was told to get updates from AGS on it was there was a few time we talked about it and got updates by then they just stop answering my messages and phones calls

Concept is cool. Execution is lacking.
The grading process is fairly smooth but expect hiccups with the ad ons you pay for such as the 3d height map. It’s been over a month since my cards were graded and I still can’t even see the basic pictures. When I try to speak with the service department they just tell me it will get fixed but never does. It’s a shame too because their slabs are very aesthetically pleasing and seem high quality. But overall the process is not the best especially if you have higher end cards. I’m not sure that I trust them after the few experience I have had all being subpar.

I recently started using this app, and it's been a great experience so far. the interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. it has all the features i need, and everything works smoothly without any bugs. i highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient tool!

Best app for card reporting and for card wallet
very easy and modern grading app!
the instant grading feature on the app is very cool, the app design is very sleek and easy to navigate. the grading service features nearly every kind of trading cards and sports cards. very impressive app, deserves 6 stars if i could give it that much.
Good for Orders Bad Insta-Grade
The app is good for placing orders. While it obviously is designed for a simple in home quick grade, and no where near a real grade, the insta-grade is of no use whatsoever. I completely crumpled a card and took it in many different lighting situations with very clear pictures that easily showed a destroyed card and it got anywhere from a 9.0 - 7.5 mentioning nothing about heavy damage. As of right now, the insta-grading service is for fun and will most likely not provide any accurate numbers in the slightest. In my opinion, the scanning program should ask for 3 clear photos of the front and 3 clear photos of the back, in different lighting, and analyze all of them.

Good Idea
The actual grading aspect of AGS is great… but if you have a problem good luck fixing it. I got one card graded half a year ago and I still can’t see the grade on the app/website, even though I have the card and it’s grade. Not to mention, I have sent countless emails asking to fix it, among other emails for other things, and the most I ever got for 1 email was “I’ll take a look at it” with nothing else afterwards. I would give this app a much better review if they can fix this, as the prices and the idea is super cool.

Can’t sign in
App on both my iPhone and my android phone won’t let me sign in. I thought the app would be more convenient but it’s not if I can’t log in so I’ll just stick to the website

This is a really cool and innovative idea, and I think these folks are ahead of the curve for sure. I plan to check utilize their actual grading services in the near future.

I will have to try experimenting with it a bit more, but I used a card I knew was a low grade (I can visually see the print lines it’s awful) and it got a 9.5 from the app. So there’s definitely something going on, whether it’s with the app or the lighting for my image I’m not sure. Would love some developer input here!!

Great App - Instant Grading is so cool!!
Allowing people to just take a photo of their cards and get a grade instantly has got to be one of the most revolutionary things done in the card collecting industry. But coming from AGS I’m really not surprised. They continue to change the game and push things forward. Besides instant grading, I like that I can create submissions for RoboGrading directly on the app, and see my card and grade breakdown right there in one place. Its just so full of features and so easy to use. Highly recommend this app to any serious card collectors!! You will be amazed.
