Not An App
This is not really an app but a portal to the normal website. I have multiple meters and it is unnecessarily difficult to make the payments. Specifically I have not found a way to link multiple meters to a single email address so I try to use the “guest” option. This option is absolutely useless because you need to recall EXACTLY what your last payment amount was. Which wouldn’t be difficult except there is ZERO record and there is a percentage fee added to online payments.
I don’t there are many serial account payers out there making payments on other peoples accounts a simple disclaimer after entering the account number should transfer responsibility to the user and make it easier for Agua to collect.
