Horrendous lag spikes
My office is on the 2nd floor. At installation I was informed my internet could not be installed there, it couldn’t even be on that side of the house. It had to come in at the basement on the opposite side of the house. I was supplied with an extender, but the lag spikes are awful. I can either run my own hard line across the house and up 2 stories or relocate my office to the living area in the basement. The stars are for the speed and affordability.

Too many long outages
System is great when operational! Speed is just okay but otherwise usable for my needs. One more outage and it’s back to Spectrum!
Service crews suck
Not a fan of how our service was installed. Our wire needed to be put under the sidewalk after equipment was installed. Crews managed to get it ran but damaged the wire in doing so. We were left with out service till repairs were made the following day.
