Had it set up July 15th 2026, and we have had 6 outages so far lasting hours, some into the next day. It’s August 19th today and again it’s out. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.
Now it’s September 14th. Out again. All day. I’ve had 15 outages total, including today. T Mobile sucks.

This past weekend, the image quality on the TV was exceptionally bad at times. Very disappointed that this is happening given I switched from Spectrum and this was supposed to be a much better connection.

I am not pleased the way my yard looks after installation. The sod was removed and if now. From the front to the back of the lot. I was led to believe there would be no markings. Remaining on the property. I would like to see a compensation for a new seeding

Horrible Service
We have called several times for help and they still demand I do more unplugging and rebooting which I have done numerous times. I think we have a bad box but they would rather lose business than send a box replacement! The box freezes 3 or 4 times an hour!! They lied and said fiber is better, faster, and sharper. Absolutely not true. I am sick of this and going to another provider right now. Good riddance!!!!!

Worst Service Ever
My husband and I have used many different WiFi providers and this has been BY far the worst. Our router is in our living room and you can’t event use a computer in our living room without the WiFi moving at a snails pace. It is faster to hotspot from my phone.
Not for smart home devices
This internet drops pretty frequently, especially from smart home devices. I constantly need to reconnect gaming consoles and smart devices and it is a huge pain to do so. The only way to connect 2ghz devices is to “pause” all others which disconnects everything else in the house. Totally regret getting t mobile fiber.

Horrible Fiber Internet
Straight trash. We’ve only been with T-Mobile for over 3 weeks and have had so many outages I’ve lost count. The cable company we were with for over 10 years has never went out this many times with the decade we were with them. Because of the fast internet and savings, we thought it would be a good idea to move over, we were wrong and will be switching back. Horrible. My wife works from home and my kids in college, high school, and middle. I mean this is horrible.

Excellent service and on time
Very intermittent and customer service is awful
Fiber optic worked great for a month or two and then all of the sudden it stopped working consistently. The connection slowed down tremendously and the connection was so unstable. Customer service is not the best.
